DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Headquartered in Weatherford, Texas Inova Partners, LLC is a world-class practice management company providing administrative and operations solutions and support to equine and companion animal veterinary practices throughout the United States. We are seeking an ambitious, self-reliant Director of Operations to join our team.

Summary
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Director of Operations will oversee multiple equine and companion animal practices in Texas, New Mexico as well as other locations. The Director of Operations will collaborate with management and staff in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans. A prerequisite for this position is a thorough understanding of veterinary organizational structures, operations, services, and a strong background of the regulations governing veterinary practices.
Objectives of this role

Enhance productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.

Partner with management team as a strategic liaison in procedures and policy implementation.

Oversee practice operations to ensure that all patient care, data entry, client communications, collections and related functions are performed in an efficient manner.

Oversee the safety processes of the clinics/hospital.

Implement recommended procedural changes and continuing education of staff.

Oversee recruitment and retention of employees.

Design staff schedules and workflow procedures to maximize efficiency.

Demonstrate proficiency in Practice Information Management Systems.

Travel is an integral part of this role and will be based on individual client needs 30% to 60% is to be expected.
Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.

At least two years of experience managing a veterinary clinic and or hospital; increasing responsibilities in supervising personnel, operations management, and client communications.
