Human Resources Manager
Born and raised in Brenham, Texas—home of Blue Bell Ice Cream—Lynne is a proud Texas Aggie with extensive experience in Human Resources and Accounting across both the human healthcare and veterinary industries. She further strengthened her expertise by earning a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Tarleton State University in 2017.
Since joining Inova Partners in 2012, Lynne has served in a leadership role focused on developing strategic HR initiatives, supporting organizational growth, and fostering a positive workplace culture. She is recognized for her strategic mindset, integrity, adaptability, and collaborative leadership style. Passionate about building strong relationships, Lynne is committed to creating solutions that support both employees and the long-term success of the organization.
Outside of work, Lynne enjoys cooking, staying active, traveling, reading, and creating handmade cards. She and her husband, Andy, reside in Granbury, Texa
