HISA Administrator
Carson Rees brings a lifelong background in the horse industry, combining extensive equine care knowledge with a strong foundation in business management. Since 2023, she has worked directly alongside racetrack veterinarians, helping ensure top-tier safety and regulatory compliance for the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority (HISA). Carson holds an Agribusiness degree with a minor in Finance from Oklahoma State University and is currently earning her MBA to help support the company’s future growth and financial success.
Outside of work, Carson is a devoted study partner to her husband, who is pursuing his veterinary medicine degree at Oklahoma State University. Serving as his regular “in-house quizzer” keeps her deeply connected to the veterinary world and constantly learning more about animal health. At home, she manages a lively farm family made up of two horses, three dogs, one cat, eight goats, nine ducks, and 24 chickens. She enjoys spending her free time caring for her animals and staying active in the OSU Cowboy community.
